Job Title :
Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing

Vacancy : 05

Job Responsibilities :

Sourcing and develop new buyers for Epoxy, PU, Metallic Epoxy Flooring, Waterproofing,
Heat Proofing, crack repairs, other construction chemical etc.

To make effective negotiation on costing with the buyer/ buyer’s liaison office(s) to take the
order on premium thereby excel account revenue and profit.

Co-ordinate with other marketing team and engineers.

Follow-up existing client and develop Market.

Co-ordinates between the department of Engineers and applicator.

Involves in final running work progress .

Analyse customer buying patterns and predict future trends.

To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Employment Status :

Full-time

Educational Requirements :

MBA / M.Com in Marketing or equivalent with very good academic track record from any
recognized and well reputed university.

Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

Experience Requirements :

At least 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the regarding business area(s):

Additional Requirements —

Minimum 03 years’ experience of Sales n Marketing

Sound knowledge on different types of Colour or construction chemical manufacture
company

The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.

Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Must have very good command over MS office application.
